Free exposure scan · no account required
Find where your personal data
is exposed — then take it back.
Your email, passwords, and personal details end up in data breaches and get resold by data brokers. We scan the breach corpora that leak onto the dark web, show you exactly where you're exposed, and hand you the tools to get your listings removed.
🔒 We don't store your email or the results. The scan runs live and nothing is saved.
How it works
Scan
Enter your email. We check it against aggregated breach databases — the same dumps that circulate on the dark web — and show every exposure we can find.
Understand
See which breaches hit you, what data leaked (passwords, addresses, phone numbers), and how risky each one is — so you know what to change first.
Remove
Use the Removal Center to opt out of the data brokers and people-search sites that sell your profile. We generate ready-to-send CCPA deletion requests and track your progress.
Check a password for exposure
See if a password has appeared in known breaches. It never leaves your browser — we hash it locally and only send the first 5 characters of the hash (k-anonymity), so the password itself is never transmitted.
Removal Center
This is the part you can actually control. Data brokers and people-search sites build profiles on you and sell them — but they're legally required to honor opt-out requests. Work through the list below. Check each one off as you go; your progress is saved in this browser only.
① Fill in your details — required to send email opt-outs
Fill this in once. It stays in your browser and is used to build your ready-to-send opt-out requests. We never receive this information. The ✉️ Email opt-out buttons below stay locked until your name, email, and location are filled in.
🔒 Email opt-out buttons are locked — fill in your name, email, and location in ① above to unlock them.

Straight answers
Can you actually remove my data from the dark web?
No — and neither can anyone else, honestly. Once data has leaked into dumps that trade on the dark web, it can't be recalled. What we can do is (1) show you exactly what's already exposed so you can change passwords and lock down accounts, and (2) help you remove your listings from the legal data brokers and people-search sites that actively build and sell profiles on you. That second part genuinely reduces your ongoing exposure.
Where does the breach data come from?
We query publicly available breach-intelligence APIs that aggregate billions of records from known, disclosed breaches. We don't buy stolen data or access anything illegal.
Do you store my email or scan results?
No. Scans run live against the breach API and results are returned straight to your browser. We don't keep your email, your results, or the password you test. The removal checklist and letter details are saved only in your own browser (localStorage).
Is the password checker safe?
Yes. Your password is hashed in your browser with SHA-1, and only the first 5 characters of that hash are sent to the Have I Been Pwned range API. The service returns matching hash suffixes and the comparison happens locally — your actual password never leaves your device.
Why do the broker opt-outs take manual steps?
Each broker has its own process, and many use identity verification or CAPTCHAs specifically to stop bulk automated removals. We give you direct links, pre-written CCPA letters, and difficulty ratings so it's as fast as possible — but a human clicking through is what actually gets it done reliably and for free.
